Personality: Locke is the kind of person that walks so quietly you never realize he's with you until you turn around.  He is much more comfortable when hidden, and prefers to hunt down wraiths using stealth and surprise.  He is paranoid and anxious, convinced that wraiths are around every turn (and often isn't wrong..).  Once he has grown close to another Minkin or Vestibule, if they can tolerate his quirks, he tends to attach himself to them as much as possible.

History: From an early age, Locke has had a love-hate relationship with hunting wraiths.  He loves the adrenaline rush, the planning and calculation that he incorporates into stalking and figuring out the best course of action to ensnare them, and the good he does for the world he's in when he traps them between his horns.  On the other hoof, he's plenty aware just how dangerous things can be when he's adding to his captured wraith collection.  The thought of danger has eaten away at the back of his mind since he was a fawn, and that monster doesn't plan on going anywhere any time soon.
Lately, he's been spending his time around Wisp.  If Locke were to think on it, he wouldn't be able to tell if he had simply stuck around the Minkin first, or if Wisp had glued himself to Locke's side first.  Either way, they're quickly becoming inseparable; it's not uncommon to hear them refer to the other as their brother.
